Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-05-24
By using this site and buying shadcn Motion Blocks, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be readable, not to trap anyone. The site is operated by Pure Studio (Dirck Mulder), KVK 98665103, BTW NL005345618B56, based in The Netherlands.
The product
shadcn Motion Blocks is a set of animated React components delivered as source code. It is a digital product — there is nothing physical to ship. Use of the component source is governed by the License.
Purchases and pricing
Components are sold as a one-time purchase: €3 for a single component or €19 for the full pack. Prices are shown in euros and may change for future buyers; a price you have already paid is not changed retroactively. The full pack includes one year of updates from the purchase date.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
shadcn Motion Blocks is delivered as digital source code with immediate access at checkout. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, under Article 6:230p sub a BW (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery of the digital content has begun.
Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. If something is broken, email and it will be fixed — but a change of mind after download is not a basis for a refund.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute or resell the components as described in the License. You may not use the site to attempt to disrupt the service or access it in an automated, abusive way.
Warranty and liability
The components are provided "as is". They are tested and maintained, but no software is guaranteed bug-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory consumer law.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
